The percentages of CBD oils
The usual CBD oil strengths range from 2-40% CBD content, sometimes even higher.
The higher the CBD concentration, the more expensive the product.
> In a 10 milliliter bottle, 5% would correspond to approximately 500 mg of pure cannabinoids.
> A 10 milliliter bottle of 10% contains approximately 1000 mg of pure cannabinoids.
1 drop of 5% CBD oil contains approx. 1.5 mg cannabidiol
1 drop of 10% CBD oil contains approx. 3 mg cannabidiol
1 drop of 20% CBD oil contains approx. 6 mg cannabidiol
1 drop of 25% CBD oil contains approx. 7.5 mg cannabidiol
And that is exactly where there is a widespread misconception.
Namely, the rule does NOT apply here: the higher the CBD concentration in percentage terms – the greater the effect!
With 5 drops of a 5% or 10% full spectrum oil, you absorb more terpenes, phytocannabinoids and THC, which in combination with cannabidiol is more effective. And as already described, full spectrum oils are absorbed faster.
As with many things, the same applies here: more is not better, but the right thing and that regularly!
What applies to the dosage also applies to the experience. Every person is different and every organism is individual and will react differently to CBD.
You should first bring your endocannabinoid levels back to normal using a CBD treatment. Once this is achieved, the body's self-healing powers are activated.
Which CBD oil dosage for beginners?
People without CBD experience should start with a low dosage and slowly work their way up to the optimal amount of the herbal extract.
As far as the effect in general is concerned: every person has a different number of receptors in their body that react differently to phytocannabinoids (added externally).
