 Big Bud Automatic Growth Pattern

 Big Bud Automatic cannabis seeds are 80% Indica. Big Bud was originally developed in the USA in the 1980s, then brought to the Netherlands and further hybridized and stabilized. Sensi Seeds took her back to her roots and then added Skunk #1 and Northern Lights to her genetic background. The result? A high-yielding autoflowering variety that usually produces a typical Indica high.

 This makes it ideal for beginners. And it can thrive in most climates and also offers a faster flowering time. Overall, the plants flower for a total of 45 to 55 days, with a growth cycle of around 13 to 17 weeks. This is an advantage for those who want fast results or multiple harvests per year.

 Big Bud Auto is a medium-sized plant, whether grown indoors or outdoors. Most plants are 90-130cm tall; when grown outdoors they will be a little taller (approx. 1.50m at most). They are easily identifiable in appearance by their obvious central flower cluster and the large, countless buds that are mainly arranged around the trunk and on the higher branches.

 Most autoflowering strains produce a lower yield than their regular or feminized counterparts. However, this strain offers impressively large harvests for an auto variety. Indoors, the plants often yield 400 to 450 g/m², and outdoors, around 100 to 175 grams per plant.

 The special buds are a key feature of Big Bud Automatic. They are huge and retain much of their size even after curing. The buds are also heavy; so heavy that sometimes the branches they grow on break. Therefore, the plants may need to be supported in the later flowering stages.

 Since it is an autoflowering variety, it is robust enough to be grown even in cooler climates. It can of course also be grown indoors or in a greenhouse.
