 Application
 Gently massage into the skin 1-2 times a day or as needed. The warming effect occurs after approximately 30 to 60 minutes. Please note that sweating, a sauna session or warm clothing can increase the warming effect.
 As the balm contains capsaicin/chili, wash hands thoroughly after application and avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to irritated, open skin, wounds, varicose veins or mucous membranes. Not suitable for babies and small children.
